I booked a continental room, it was big, comfortable and clean. I also liked the gym and indoor pool very much. The club at the last floor is a little gem with a nice view and always furnished with complimentary drinks, snacks and pastries, it's also well equipped if you need to remote work, also with a working B/W printer and scanner free to use.

The staff were kind and polite. It was comfortable to stay because it was close to Robinson's Galleria, restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. The bed was clean and comfortable to sleep on. It was a great stay. Next time my friend and I plan to stay there again.

When I arrived at the facility the staff are respectfull and nice. They even upgraded my room as a complimentary free of charge. The room is clean and as a good ventilation.
