The property is around 1.1 km from St. I loved the hotel, the location was amazing and the staff couldn't do enough to help. I definitely will go back there. I left a empty small wallet in the room and I was contacted from the staff.

When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.

Attractively set in the centre of Lisbon, Rossio Plaza Hotel provides 3-star accommodation close to Commerce Square and Rossio. The customer service provided was extremely great by the front office staff. The hotel is centrally located and everything was in walkable distance. Parking can be a nightmare if you rent a car but, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where we could park the car during our stay. Infact, we got lost using the GPS on our first day and one of the guys from the front office actually came walking to the spot where we were to help us find the hotel. I mean where else would you find this kind of dedication to customer service?! We cannot remember the names of the front office staff but, they were both male and working on the late shift on Dec 18, 2022.
