Staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was by far the best family room we have ever stayed in and the slide down to the lobby and carousel made a brilliant stay even better.

Words can't even begin to describe my satisfaction as I check out of the hotel! I have been traveling for 4 weeks now and stayed in many hotels. While the rooms at this hotel may be on the smaller side, what this hotel lacks in space it beyond makes up for in location, experience, and most of all the absolute amazing staff! The staff at this hotel is so friendly and accommodating and had me leaving every encounter with them with a smile. It wasn't even one specific staff, but every single person! If you stay here and at any point have concerns. Talk to the staff. I can guarantee they will do everything they can to make your day and your stay that better! Personal recommendation. Order some delivery, and ask the staff to sit out on the back balcony as you eat. It's such a peaceful way to enjoy your meal!

The family-owned Hotel Lorensberg is within 5 minutes’ walk of Gothenburg’s Scandinavium Arena and Liseberg Amusement Park. It offers free WiFi and free coffee throughout the day. breakfast is more than my expectation. I am so satisfied with it that I have nothing to say for further improvement. it is the best for me.
