Amazing and helpful staff, gave us a room upgrade to suite, stored our luggage for a couple of days. Overall service fantastic! Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Didn't get to use the pool but it's gorgeous. I saw it on the 1st day; stayed for 3 days. While there we were under Hurricane watch so the pool was closed... understandably.

With 4 pools, an on-site restaurant, and a 24-hour fitness centre, there's something for everyone at EAST Miami. the property was outstanding, facilities, the location, the staff, everything was just fantastic, i 100% recommend this luxurious hotel.

Everything was very clean, from the lobby area to the hallways and room. The crew was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Also, the location is amazing, so many good bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities around.

Adjacent to the Miami Convention Center, this hotel is minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Miami. It features a daily breakfast and spacious, air-conditioned accommodations. I would like to thank the two ladies at the reception for going extra mile in helping us locate the contact informations of the proper person who could help us find our lost baggages from the airport because American Airlines was the worst airline to handle baggages. Their staff doesn’t want to help and provide proper contact information. They don’t care but this hotel receptionist was very kind and gave all support she can give. I will highly recommend this place specially our room was located on the best view on the river

We were travelling with a teenager. So much more room than a hotel and half the price! We loved it. We arrived early but as our room was ready we could go straight up. It was a lifesaver! We could walk everywhere from there, our dinner reservation was 100m from the hotel and the 7 eleven just round the corner was handy to pick up a few things. Staff were super lovely and water was available at the front desk. So necessary! In room service available from restaurant next door
