Stayed here for 3 nights and is ideally situated to navigate your way around the city. Close to everything and easily walk-able to most of the best spots to see. Hotel is very nice, we had a balcony which I would recommend if you can get one. Breakfast was good, we preferred a local coffee place up the road on the corner and a Banh Mi with this was great. Hotel is clean, good facilities and staff we also very polite and courteous. Nice hotel and I recommend it highly.

Even the smallest of details we shared about ourselves were met with such thoughtful service and special gestures. This is a space that genuinely cares about their guests and is truly world-class. Rooms were very clean and well maintained and the food options were vast and delicious. Thank you for the hospitality!

Set in Hanoi, 1 km from Trang Tien Plaza, Hanoi Ben's Apartment and Hotel offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a bar. We enjoyed our stay at Benshome immensely! The room we had originally booked was spacious and light, and we were more than happy with it. Upon arrival Benshome were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge. Im sure thats not normally what happens, and we didnt ask for it, but we were overjoyed. The staff are professional and go out of their way to help, including recommending local restaurants. There are two washing machines on the top floor and a place to dry your clothes as well. They also have filtered water on tap!! Also Benshome is situated right in the middle of Hai Ba Trung, a very cool part of Hanoi.

In a prime location in the Hai Ba Trung district of Hanoi, Vong Xua Boutique Hotel is located 3.6 km from Ha Noi Railway station, 4.2 km from Trang Tien Plaza and 4.5 km from St. Joseph Cathedral. My family had a trip in Hanoi and chose Vong Xua Boutique hotel for 2 nights. About the time I stayed here I had a very good experience of the hotel service. The staff is very enthusiastic, welcoming, helping our family, hope to visit the hotel once again.

Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.
