Great location on Camps bay- at the heart of it all. Service was impeccable all round, made to feel welcome at every interaction and that nothing was a trouble. Modern decor and facilities, beautiful ocean views and Mountain Views. Great eateries all surrounding the hotel- breakfast included was plenty and great quality.

We managed to book the wrong dates, but we experienced such good service both from the hotel and booking.com. Gloria did such an amazing job and made sure our stay was exceptional. The birthday surprises provided by the staff was something that showed the level of excellence of the team and it was really appreciated after the tough year. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to ensure our comfort at the hotel in all the areas that we used. The views are spectacular and it is always wonderful to bask in the beauty, especially if you are afforded a seat with a view for Breakfast and dinner. Dinner was beautiful, tasty and the Chefs Tuna tartare was delicious. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and the turn down was a pleasant surprise after our return from Dinner. Thank you to each and every member in the hotel that just makes a stay seamless, easy and effortless. I was able to re-charge and just enjoy my birthday with you all. Thank you for this.

Stunning property with a lot of history and charm. The sunsets view is the best spot. The restaurant is really good too and they have a nice wine list!
