Het Queen Victoria Hotel & Manor House bevindt zich in een gerenoveerd dokgebouw met de Tafelberg als achtergrond. Het biedt accommodatie van wereldklasse met uitzicht op het V & A Waterfront. Wij hadden een hele mooie kamer. Het ontbijt was heerlijk maar vooral de mensen in het hotel waren FAN TAS TISCH. Thank you Zenthia, Abigail, Tarik, Mohamed, Osie, Arlene Donovan and Zaimeka and all your colleagues in the restaurant and bar.

Deze prachtig gerestaureerde accommodatie is in het begin van de 19e eeuw gebouwd als particuliere woning voor de havenmeester. The Dock House is possibly one of the nicest hotels in which we have stayed. The accommodation is palatial. We stayed in Superior Luxury Rooms (3). All had their own personality but equally splendid. The upstairs suites have amazing balconies with panoramic views of the waterfront. It is located across the road from the busy Waterfront Area of Capetown so is handy for restaurants and sightseeing, boat trips etc. The food was excellent we ate at the pool, and in the dining room of the sister hotel the Queen Victoria which is a more modern building but equally beautiful. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend it for family trips or couples alike.

De ontvangst en check-in op het late uur was geen enkel probleem. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The Manor House at the Queen Victoria Hotel by NEWMARK ligt in Kaapstad, op 15 minuten lopen van Mouille Point Beach, en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en... All the staff were so very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any requests we had. Nothing was too much bother. The Manor House is just lovely and we will certainly be back. We have travelled to many countries but I can say hand on heart that we’ve never had such a wonderful welcome as this.
