We had an amazing time at Agriturismo Basego, we wish we could of stayed longer. The room was beautiful, relaxing and clean. The breakfast in the morning was one of the best I had during my time in Italy. The host was also very kind and helped us with out bags and getting to the ferry.

Although on the edge of town and close to Marco Polo Airport, the accommodation is practically in the middle of the peaceful countryside. There is a parking space in front of the agriturismo, and the rooms are clean, spacious and pleasantly furnished - a real luxury compared to hotels in Venice itself. After a pleasant rest, we were treated to a breakfast varied enough for such a small hotel. The staff are friendly and ready to help and explain everything. All the procedures were clear. I have never stayed so comfortably in Venice.

The hotel is located between the 2 ferry ports, 15 min walk from each, I enjoyed the walk everyday and appreciate the farmland scenery. They provided bicycles for guests to explore around. It is decorated in typical rustic Venetian style, but all of the furniture is preserved and gives a really good, authentic feel. The bathroom is fully renovated. Andrew was fantastic as a host and really helpful. Amazing value for money and overall a great place to stay!

Apartment location was perfect, opposite the hotel, in a central area to all that Venice has to offer. The kitchen is used and rustic, but has everything that you would require. Brand new bathroom fitted, which is a nice touch. Spacious bedroom with a walk-in storage cupboard.
