Breakfast was exceptional - served to our room which was equipped with a table and chairs and everything necessary. The hosts were delightful, very kind and helpful. Bus from the door into Bath. Lovely comfortable room.

Extremely generous provision by the owners, everything had been thought of to add comfort and ease to our stay - including lots of basics like milk bread and eggs right up to treats like lots of posh coffee pods, a bottle of wine and an enormous bowl of sweets. Absolutely outstanding.
