The staff were really friendly and helpful. We paid a bit extra for a private bathroom, which I think was worth it, but everywhere looked good. It was really easy to walk to the centre of town, and there were great bars and restaurants once there. My brother had his motorbike, and there was safe parking available. The pool area was nice, with fanatic views of volcanoes and mountains. Loved it!
