The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.

The mobile home's kitchenette, which features kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. Among the room amenities are a wardrobe, an electric kettle, heating as well as a patio and lake views. The unit offers 2 beds. We had such a great week staying in Isla Yu. The room was extremely comfortable, a very well equipped kitchen, the bathroom was spotless, the common area was spacious and the house was always warm. Jimmy, his sister Ximena and the volunteers were so kind and helpful especially as I was on my own with three year old. My little one loved every moment with the family. And Jimmy was extremely encouraging and helpful when I was playing my Torres hikes. From renting anything we needed to general advice. The breakfast is a lovely touch, and I loved the flexibility plus the self service option. The location is a quick walk from the bus station and yes about a 25min walk to the centre but it's a nice walk (and considering many come to PN to hike, not a long walk at all!). There are also plenty of nearby mercados and restaurants so you don't need to go to the centre each day. It was also a great place to meet other travellers. Cannot fault this very welcoming place. Offering a garden and river view, Glamping Río Serrano - Caja Los Andes is set in Puerto Natales, 47 km from Amarga Lagoon and 15 km from Salto Chico. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the luxury tent's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The dome is great, although a bit cold at night. The staff is great, the location is amazing. The on-site restaurant is the best in the area in price/quality terms, even when staying in other places it's worth to come here (like twice cheaper for the same quality). Outstanding breakfast available on demand
