We originally booked for 2 nights but extended to 5 nights due to the wonderful hospitality we received. We spent several hours on the chilled rooftop, chatting with Bassam and his friends/family and other travelers. Bassam is extremely proud of his Nubian heritage and we enjoyed learning about the culture. We highly recommend sharing the dinner at the guest house - it was outstanding and a truly social and communal event. We enjoyed our sand boarding activity and the guest house is only minutes from the public ferry across to the East bank and from the Noble Tombs, which are well worth a visit.

Waking up every single day to see such a sun rise pallet could completely suffice, but limitless joy and kindness of warmhearted hostesses take it much further to become an implicit pleasure and connection. All, everything is perfect, the hospitality, staff very very friendly, very close from the temples but if you don't want walk, the hotel has a tuk tuk. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. If you are looking a real Nubian experience, this is the place. We lost the 1st night and the owner offered stay one night more. The road to Abu Simbel is close for tourists at 5pm so if you arrive in Aswan late (between 4-5 pm)to be pickup by a taxi, is impossible you can go to Abu Simbel, is better you stay one night in Aswan and Next day Go. You can arrange everything with the hotel, taxi and stay one night in Aswan, also they have a new beautiful nubio hotel in Aswan. Thank you very much to owner and all team Kabara Nubian House.

We had a wonderful stay at Nubian Farm. We arrived in Aswan really late at night and they still arranged to ferry us across the river and gave us a delicious lemon drink on arrival. The place is colourful and peaceful, and the breakfasts were hearty and delicious. Mahmoud was very helpful, spoke excellent English and organised a small day trip to the Nubian Village, Elephantine Island and the Botanical Gardens for us.
