What a wonderfull place! Very gently owner! Breatfast in the yurt! They bringt the coffee! :) It was a very special place on our 1-week-Lappland-adventure. Hope to come back one day, then maybe the yurt on the top-hill :))

Fantastic and unforgettable experience! Atte and Alexa are incredible hosts, they make yourself feel at home and make sure you have everything you need. The location is fantastic: the base camp is far enough from the village to feel isolated but near enough to reach on foot (unless you have a lot of luggage). The trip to and back from the middle of the lake while lying on our bed was one of the highlights of our trip: amazing! The free wood-fired saun, kick-sleds, and transfers from/to the village are also a big plus.

The location was magical, surrounded by beautiful snow covered forest beside the lake and only 12 min walk from the nearest bus station. Enjoyed BBQ at Lappish BBQ hut. The sauna and shower were spacious and super clean .Milda cooperated in all respects to make our stay so memorable at igloo.

Located on the island of Vartiosaari, this hotel offers rooms with Finnish design and free WiFi. The island is accessed via a 72 metres long hanging bridge over the river Kemijoki. The location of this hotel is very good. Although it takes ten minutes to drive to Santa Claus Village, the environment is quiet and there are super beautiful scenery. My daughter really likes this wooden house and wants to stay here forever. Every afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock, she can also enjoy a free Finnish sauna. The service is also very friendly, and the breakfast is also very delicious. Our family will stay here again next time we come

Situated by the Tankavaara Gold Museum, this holiday resort offers guest rooms and rustic cottages, and free WiFi in public areas. Great place, forget about those high brow crazy Saariselkæ Finnish hotel mafia hotels and restaurants!!!A bit further to drive (40 km from Saariselkæ skiing center) but tou save most of your money. One night in Tankavaar saves you between 1500 and 2000 NOK(divide with 10 for Euros) a night!...

Featuring a private entrance, this mobile home comprises 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a shower. What a lovely cabin a bit outside of Kilpisjärvi! The cabin is located on a small hill with a nice view over the fells. Even the cabin is small, you find everything there you need! Kitchen well equipped, modern bathroom, comfortable beds! Even I arrived before check-in time, they made sure I could already pick up the cabin key.
