The location is okey, short walk to the beach and if you take bus to Palolem beach is close walk from stop. Beds have curtains and there are lockers, but you need to have your own lock. Shower with hot water. They also have restaurant on site.

The restaurant was great too for all meals (and drinks :-) at a table under the deck or on the sand.

We loved the beach huts and the location. Sleeping on the beach every night after a great dinner on the beach watching the sunset made us fall in love with the place. The staff were very friendly and took care of us, thought along with us and planned our itinerary on several days. Xavier and Raj, the managers took great care of us and were very empathetic. We would highly recommend this place for a Goan vacation. The kitchen is great and we loved the food as we mostly ate our meals at Cafe blue. We also saw a lot of people come to Cafe blue just for the food. The bartenders were very nice and made great cocktails for us. The people who stayed there were also great fellow tourists to get acquainted with and I got to play snooker with some of them. Overall, the vibe was great and both families and single travellers could enjoy their time here.
