As far as hostels go, Hostel Cuore Kurashiki is a cut above the rest. It has a bar, a very good restaurant and a cosy social area. The staff were uniformly excellent.

The place was absolutely wonderful, the staff was so nice and helpful, and the tents were clean, romantic and cosy! Such a great place right by the ocean and busses to Naoshima (Uno Port) and JR Lines close by. Best part of our trip!
