The tent includes a shared bathroom equipped with a shower. The unit offers 1 bed. We stayed (my husband and I) at Bandara's place for about 10days and it was really nice! Bandara and his family are adorable and always here to help! They can also prepare you a delicious meal. It's really close to the Jungle beach, one of the most pretty beach in Weligama where you can also surf if you have a good level. There is lots of nice and cheap restaurants around the place and the famous Tiki Bar with big parties on Friday night. We would 100% recommend Bandara's place, the house is clean and pretty, with a cute little jungle garden. It is a peaceful place. Will definitely come again. Rooms are 16 square metres. Offering a sun terrace and views of the garden, Surfing Wombats is situated in Midigama East in the Galle District Region, 37 km from Hikkaduwa. Very cosy and surf vibes. Close to the beach and surf spots. Good pizzas.

Amazing quiet beach, the views from the room over the pool were nice and the overall surroundings of the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming Yes it’s open rooms (Bangalo / camp) so be prepared for the nice experience:)
