A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. Featuring full-day security, this property also welcomes guests with a restaurant and a sun terrace. The campground also provides free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The experience in camp was awesome. Location can be found from google map, nice room and facilities, room rate inclusive of dinner and breakfast, hotel provide additional program, e.g. sunset tour, camel tour, etc at extra fee (so your trip is not too boring). One thing to point is the staff are super helpful and friendly which are one of the most important factor for vacation.

Rashid is a very nice owner, who is very welcoming, attentive, has great sence of humour and is an interesting person to talk to. So prepare all the questions you would like to have answered about Oman and Omanis! The food was great and the dune bashing was sooo much fun! :) Cannot wait to come back for more nights!

I changed my plan during the stay and he helped me get yo the bus station to go to Muscat. Camp was in a great location. Highly recommend!

The area is popular for walking tours, and car hire is available at the luxury tent. Everything was perfect. The location was stunning, Khalid and Hamood were very kind and accommodating. Nothing was ever a problem for them. You can chill in the rest/dining area or choose to do one of plenty activities which are available. We stayed 2 nights and it's the perfect length to enjoy the desert fully.

Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. SAFARI-Glamping offers two private tents and 2 huts between the dunes in Sharqiyah sands. Our experience at Safari Glamping was really amazing. We tried a lot of delicious traditional food, rented quad bike from a nearby camp, which is owned by the same person, and he invited us for a dinner at this bigger camp, where we had the opportunity to speak with him about his life as a beduin. The host in our camp was really nice and helpful, prepared fire and a really good food for us and as we were lucky to be alone there, we had a chance to speak with him. The room was really clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We drove to the camp by our 4WD car and it was simple and without any problem. You just need to have your tires deflated beforehand. 100% recommended experience worth the money.

You can play darts at the luxury tent. Alsarmadi Desert Camp has a children's playground and a picnic area. Beautiful scenery , big and clean tents with comfy beds, great host and really tasty food. We enjoyed as well camel rides.
