A recently renovated campground located in Bidiyah, Al Salam Desert Camp Bidiya features a shared lounge. The experience was amazing. Staff is great, special thanks to Naim ! Plenty of different activities proposed, we did quad and sandboard and it was such a good time. Food is a buffet with plenty of choices and the room was super clean and really comfortable. They are in the middle of the desert, easy to access by yourself with a 4x4 (even normal car could access, there is a little road to go there in the desert). I do not regret to have choose Salam camp desert. I definitely recommand it !

The tent features a private entrance, a seating area, as well as a private bathroom boasting a shower and a bidet. The tent offers a barbecue, a sofa, as well as a terrace and a patio. I liked everything, especially the owner and the people there. I want to thank Rashid for being such a great human being, for all his care and everything he does. Breakfast was delicious, so was dinner. I had a great time in the desert and enjoyed to talk to Rashid about everything and anything. I recommend with all my heart, ifnyou want to enjoy the silence and also learn more about the nice people of Oman.

The tent's kitchenette, which features kitchenware, is available for cooking and storing food. Situated in Bidiyah, SandGlass Camp features accommodation with seating area. So nice small beduin camp, beds were so comfortable, dinner was very delicious, and we have water, tea, coffe and dates available all the time. Pick up and drop off from the meeting location was with no extra charge, and it is only 10 mins drive in the desert. You can easily climb the dunes around. Said is very friendly, he explained us so much about the beduin life, desert and also showed us the stars and name them!

Nomadic Desert Camp is set in Al Wāşil. There is free private parking and the property offers paid airport shuttle service. Towels and bed linen are featured in the luxury tent. Everything has been perfect. The staff is very nice, chatty but never intrusive; dinner and breakfast are a nice buffet, but you are offered dates, coffee, tea, hawla all day/night long. The room is small but tidy and the common bathrooms were always clean.

Clean. Quiet place. Fantastic food. Very nice and friendly host. Go there don't hesitate. My best choice in Oman. I planed to spend a night but stayed for longer. I have seen all other camps this one was best. if you look for peace in the desert or plan to go across the desert they will help. - no thanks

Guests will find a stovetop, kitchenware and an oven in the kitchen. The tent also has a barbecue. Set in Al Wāşil in the Al Sharqiyah region, Hamood desert local camp has a balcony and mountain... We liked everything! It was an unforgettable experience. Mahmud does his utmost to make you feel at home. He is very friendly and always at your service. He made a bonfire at night, played the guitar (or at least a local version of it :-)), went dunebashing with us, ... Diner and breakfast was really nice, compliments to the chef. Clean tent, large bed, a lot of privacy,... Very authentic experience on a small scale! And last but not least: beautiful surroundings... It took our breath away.

Located 50 km from Wadi Bin Khalid, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Bidiyah-20 kms inside the desert from the village Al Hawaiyah. It is an amazing camp, with great food, a friendly staff and a big room.
