Small but very clean and cosy room. The check-in was easy and get all the necessary information from the host in time. The room is ideal for a short stay in the city centre. Everything is reachable in the centre by foot in minutes. You have the possibility to boil water and make a tee in your room for free, which is very generous and attentive. Also you have the possibilty to use a small fridge in the room.

I travel a lot and it doesn't happen often to say that I found a gem but this flat was a GEM! The owner needs to make proper photos because it looks beter than at them. We arrived around 1:30 in the night and my first impression was that I was going to sleep in the basement but when we entered in it, it was WOW! Cool, cleen, comfortable and it even had a nice balcony with a table and 2 chair. The temperatures were very high but the flat was nice and cool. The bus and the tram stop are right infront of the building and there is a Lidl supermarket literaly on 300 meters. Good wi-fi and proper kitchen corner with everything you need.

The contact lady, Réka was awesome at telling me how to get there and all the info I needed. Getting inside was very straightforward, the room was easy to find. As a personal touch, the door to my room had a small chalkboard next to it with my name on it. The spaces were great, the room was very clean and comfortable, I loved the kitchen especially. There were great systems in place for everybody's comfort. I will definitely return!

We have been to more than 15 countries in EU and this room is the best one within this price range. Everything is perfect: facility is new, the room is spacious and the tram stop right in front of the house. The host is the most polite person I have ever seen. We will definitely come back soon.

After waiting more than 3 hours at the border to Hungary, we were really happy to finally arrive at our destination and a little bit sad over not having more time to see Budapest. It is such a beautiful city at night time. It was also raining a lot so we couldn’t really enjoy walking in the beautiful forrest where the hotel is located, but I can really imagine how amazing it is to walk our dogs there at daytime and see the beautiful view from there. We really had a good night sleep, the rooms were very warm and bed comfortable, and because we were one of the only people there we could sleep in separate rooms, and that was really nice! We also went to a local restaurant just down the hill and it was great food. We will definitely be booking again at our next visit in Budapest hopefully for a longer stay!

Ms Karoly and Ms Marta - the owners have been very helpful during my stay and although I did not meet them personally, they are always available via Whatsapp whenever I needed something. I was given a very detailed explanation and instructions on how to reach the place and the codes and keys for my room. Location was great! Lots of restos, cafes and minimarts nearby. It was also a walking distance from both the bus and metro stations. They have everything you need for a more convenient stay -- washing machine, microwave oven, cooker, kettle, bread toaster and even an espresso machine. Cookwares and cutleries are availble too. This is for sharing with all guests. Solo rooms have AC, mini fridge and TV. Room was clean and of decent size. Water heater works perfectly well which was very helpful because the weather was cold during my stay. Wifi was great.

The apartment is very nice and clean, with all the amenities you could need for a stay. The host is very friendly and responsive. The neighbourhood is quiet and Budapest's centre is easy to reach by bus.

It was absolutely amazing accommodation! Owners of Ida Pansion were very friendly and helpful. They gave us advice how to reach center by bus and how to go to Hungaroring (F1race). Room was big, clean, outstanding view from balcony. We were amazed by air condition in the room which was very useful in hit summer day. Even if you look to map and you see that it is further from center it is absolutely worth. It is very quiet place and by bus you are in 10 min in city. If I will go to Budapest again I will choose this accommodation.
