The property has everything that a family or a group of friends may need, even for a longer vacation. Enough place to sleep for about six people. Nice washroom and kitchen. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher. Surroundings are also very pretty.

Tulbi Guesthouse is located next door to the café "Kaks Pulka", where breakfast is served every morning from 9:00 to 10:00. The hotel was very cosy, tidy and the whole staff was so overwhelming kind to us. The manager let us park our motorbikes at his privaty yard for two nights. Tasty breakfast and good location to the center of Pärnu. Excellent value for money. Recommended!

The room is spacious, nicely furnished, with a cute balcony overlooking the garden. Perfect location: quiet and away from the hustle and bustle while at the same time the city centre and the beach are within easy walking distance. Shared kitchen as an extra bonus, well equipped, coffee and tea making facilities provided, even a small dishwasher. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Pärnu.
