There was always fresh fruit available and a lovely cozy living room with a fireplace. I would have liked to stay there for a longer time.

Room was more spacious than anticipated with private bath. Quiet even with being on the main road. Delicious breakfast and even vegetarian options (including vegetarian haggis)! And having tea and coffee in the room was nice to have.

It was my first time staying in a Guest House/B&B and I was nervous about the host being overbearing. Not at all! She was so nice, helping me sort the locks on the doors, dinner, and gluten free breakfast and packed lunch! Thank you!

Housed in a building dating from 19th century, this guest house is 26 km from Hilton Community Centre and 26 km from Aberdeen Harbour. The property is non-smoking and is set 9.2 km from Newburgh on Ythan Golf Club. Nice and quiet location with really comfortable bed and chairs. The bathroom was also really nice. There was breakfast in the fridge with a nice table set up in the room with berries, yogurth, tea, cheese, etc a and a toaster.
