Exceptional! The host are very friendly. When we arrived, he greeted us with welcome gifts and asked if we needed sightseeing recommendations and help. As for the room, it was fantastic. We could see Mt. Fuji clearly from the living room and the balcony. We didn't cook during our stay, but the kitchen utensils were well-equipped. So there's no worry to cook. There were 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds, so it's enough for 6 people to stay. The location was also great - just 8min walk from Lake Kawaguchi station. We ended our stay with the souvenirs gifted by the host :)

Staff were super polite and cared for us so well (thank you Miki!). The traditional Japanese dinner was splendid and top quality ingredients. Room was super clean and had every amenity we could have needed. Public onsen was huge and very clean.
