The villa is equipped with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with mountain views. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Well equipped, well maintained villa which had everything we needed. The location is great and overall everything was just perfect. We really appreciated the BBQ, washer and dryer which were a huge plus for a travelling family. Thank you Guillermo and team for the wonderful stay. This holiday home offers air-conditioned accommodation with a patio. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Markus was a great host, which is not a given in Costa Rica. The bungalow was clean, the kitchen well equipped, the beds large. I would recommend ordering dinner in addition to breakfast. The whole place is located in the jungle where you can take a great hike to the waterfalls where no one else will disturb you. So you can go for a short trip here or just relax by the pool which is big enough for swimming. One of our best accommodations in Costa Rica and we would love to come back.

The Greenhouse comprises of 3 independent units. So Greenhouse comes with 3 bedrooms, 3 kitchens , 3 dining areas, 3 private terraces along with 3 pools. Beautiful house on the hill overlooking Santa Teresa. We stayed for 5 days and it was a great trip. You absolutely need a 4wd to get around anywhere in the Nicoya Peninsula, and especially here. The road to the house is just off the main street but it's quite steep and so you'll need to take a car or ATV if you're planning on exploring the neighboring towns/beaches. It's worth being removed from the main downtown area of shops where it's quite loud. We saw Howler monkeys in the trees with our morning coffee. We visited during the rainy season but enjoyed sunny early mornings out and exploring and napped in the rainy afternoons. Valentina was extremely helpful in getting us set up and recommending activities. She also helped me book surf lessons with Junior in town.
