A real home from home .. three of us stayed last night and it really was beautifully kept and super comfy bed and sofa bed. Excellent value for money and close to town also.     We booked an overnight stay as we were going on a cruise the next day and it was very convenient for the cruise terminal (about 20 minutes drive - and that was in heavy traffic). There are only 2 rooms with an allocated parking space for each (although a little tight for space - might be a problem if one car was oversized). Lovely hosts, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. We would recommend this guest house.

    Simon was a great host, especially in the bar. Just a small pub with about 6 rooms I think, shared bathroom and I think meals are limited if there are few guests. However, small grocery next door,got a pie and warmed it up in the oven in a good sized kitchen

    I had one day’s layover in Southhampton between two cruises. Joe the host of this home stay has been such a great host. He was genuinely helpful not only with answering my questions but provided generous assistance so that my lay over was as smooth and worry-free as could be.
