It is a very small room and very close to the airport and nightlife so a bit loud but I had earplugs so it didn’t bother me. Clean drinking water was provided and the shower was hot.

Beds were comfortable, good shower, and our room had a nice little balcony to the backyard. So it was also quiet at night. Also the little kitchenette for communal use was great. The Transmetro bus stop “Reformita”is in walking distance, which takes you directly into the historic city center (Zona 1). Ticabus station (for long distance buses) is also in walking distance. An the airport is also not far and by taxi it takes between 10 minutes and half an hour depending on the traffic.

When booking I didnt quite realize it's a private apartment, but the owner was super kind and very communicative. He was't there the day i visited, but still helped me a lot via msgs and was flexible on payment method when i ran out of cash. A sweet home perched in zone 4, which is a relatively safe area with a lot of eateries around (try the shucos from the streets if you stay here) The girls who take care of the place are sweet and responsive. The room was clean and just about what I needed on my last night before going home. It was big and spacious with a balcony. The bathroom although shared was right next door and clean. The house is really nice, the kitchen is clean and the backyard is cosy.
