Great facilities, staff and atmosphere. The 8 people in my mixed dorm all became friends and spent the next few days enjoying the day trips and nightlife. It’s nice having the beach to walk by in the morning too. They also had a party on Friday with free entry for guests that was very good.

Ôxe Uai Hostel er staðsett í Arraial d'Ajuda og Pescadores-ströndin er í innan við 400 metra fjarlægð. This was probably the best hostel I stayed at in Brazil! It feels like a family and has such a good location. Even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Portuguese i felt included in everything. It’s a really calm and relaxing atmosphere and super close to the beach. It’s a 25 min walk to get to the city Center but there is a small supermarket around 10 min walk away. Everything was super clean. I would really recommend!!

Eco Casa di Barro Hospedagem e Hostel í Ilha de Boipeba er aðeins fyrir fullorðna og býður upp á gistirými með garði, sameiginlegri setustofu og verönd. Very good location - on the edge of a park (hence the beautiful old trees in the garden), while also very close to the main city square. I really liked the outside "gym" place where I could do yoga/train, or just read a book in the hammock. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean! Gabriel and the other volunteers take really good care of the place, you can see they are doing their tasks with full dedication, and they are always eager to help ;) The bedroom was spacious, with storage lockers for every bed. The hostel is not very big (I've seen only two shared rooms, of which only one was occupied at the time I was here), but I still met some exceptional people there!

Everything is well thought and there is a very good vibe in this place. Great to meet people ! They use a WhatsApp group for everyone staying there, so everyone is always aware of what's happening.

I can honestly say this has been my best experience with a hostel. The couple that runs the hostel was so kind and went out of their way to help everyone. I felt like I was with family. I can't reccomend this place enough. Excellent breakfast, company, and location. They were so patient with me while I practice my Portuguese. You will not regret staying here!!!
