Situated in Caraíva, Caramuru Hostel Caraíva offers beachfront accommodation 200 metres from Caraiva Beach and features various facilities, such as a garden, a restaurant and a bar. Great facilities, staff and atmosphere. The 8 people in my mixed dorm all became friends and spent the next few days enjoying the day trips and nightlife. It’s nice having the beach to walk by in the morning too. They also had a party on Friday with free entry for guests that was very good.

This was probably the best hostel I stayed at in Brazil! It feels like a family and has such a good location. Even though they didn’t speak English and I don’t speak Portuguese i felt included in everything. It’s a really calm and relaxing atmosphere and super close to the beach. It’s a 25 min walk to get to the city Center but there is a small supermarket around 10 min walk away. Everything was super clean. I would really recommend!!

Very good hostel with much personal attention to guarantee a high standard of quality. I've been travelling to Salvador for 10 years and this place is absolutely one of the best accommodations. Had a private room which was well priced (about 150 reaís per night), good bed & airconditioned. Daily activities are organized and the hostel has good places (inside and outside) to relax. Beach only 10 minutes away by foot. Fresh filtered water available.

Il My Place Hospedaria di Salvador offre sistemazioni per soli adulti, un bar, una sala comune e un giardino. I loved staying here. I can honestly say this has been my best experience with a hostel. The couple that runs the hostel was so kind and went out of their way to help everyone. I felt like I was with family. I can't reccomend this place enough. Excellent breakfast, company, and location. They were so patient with me while I practice my Portuguese. You will not regret staying here!!!
