I have stayed there more than a week because I wanted to retreat myself from last 2.5 months’ tiredness of traveling:) The hostel people are so friendly and hospitable. If you want to do activities, the hostel can arrange all kind of tours you can do around San Gil. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook. You can chill in the pool upstairs at a beautiful garden with the view of town. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity to go back to San Gil one day!

One of the best hostels I've been to, the staff helps with everything - all info, booking tickets, you can book all the adventures like rafting, paragliding the day before and they organize everything. The bed was comfortable. The hostel is very social so great if you're traveling alone. And a hot jacuzzi in the evening is a plus :)

They have a fantastic Indian Vegetarian Thali that they do. It is really delicious. It came with rice, chapati, dal, paneer, a veg curry and a really tasty mango chutney. At Tinto Hostel you will find a 24-hour front desk, a garden and a terrace, and there is also a shared lounge. You will find several restaurants and shops within less than 5 minutes walking. This hostel was the best during my one month stay in Colombia! The location is perfect, it's very green, multiple places to relax within the hostel. All the staff is super helpful, the rooms were clean, and most of all there's a pool. It was wonderful!
