We booked the suite and I think it's a great option, you have a lot of space, a walk-in closet, a panoramic glass door looking at the pool and your "personal" outdoor chillout armchairs. The common kitchen has really everything you may need, and the overall decoration is really, really nice. It's easy to reach every part of the Lanzarote island by car from there, and there is a convenient private car parking. We booked a surf lesson at Famara beach through the owners and it was easy to organize and fun even for very beginners!

The location was perfect,next to ferry port and cafes. The accomodation was very modern and comfortable with a superbly tiled wet room.

The Residencial Cardona is located 100 meters from Reducto beach, right in the heart of Arrecife. Every room is equipped with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and TV. Me gustó todo. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todos los servicios, cerca de la playa, cerca del centro. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. El personal es muy educado y agradable.
