The host is very responsive and helpful via booking, and an English speaker which felt rare for us. The train from toyama has the most beautiful view and I'm glad we got there by sunlight. The location is great and next to the cable car to murodo to climb Mt. Oyama.

It was located in a beautiful location out in the countryside full of critters for my son to enjoy and birds and cicadas for us to listen to. The interior of the traditional home has been updated and is clean and attractive. We were there in the middle of summer when the sun rises before 5AM and the curtains in the bedroom were dark enough to keep the light out. This was much appreciated! Most importantly, our host and his family were welcoming and friendly, even bringing a musician to put on a small concert one night we were there!

O Travelers' house ROOTs está localizado em Takaoka, a 25 km de Toyama-kō e a 47 km da Estação Kanazawa. I like everything. The staff is very kind, and give great suggestion. They are very chill and open to help you. The general vibe is super nice. Bed were very comfortable!. I loved it!
