I went to that area because of this hostel, so I was just stuck there all day, not going anywhere for 3 days. They made the hostel by themselves using all the natural materials and recycling stuff. You can feel the devoted effort from every part of the place. Thanks a lot Renee! I will definitely come back :)

Mini fridge in the room. But above all, the owners are the best!! They helped me with everything (transportation, tour, ferry reservation, etc.). The husband even offered to take me to the supermarket upon my arrival after midnight!! I left my hiking shoes in the room when I checked out and I was already on the ferry. They organized a relay so that it gets to me on my next destination. I already want to go back there again!! Such lovely people 😍

Every day we ate dinner with them and other travelers, prepared by Jean, which was always delicious! You won't find a friendlier place in the Philippines. The bungalows and shared bathroom are simple, but there was everything I needed. Beautiful surroundings, rice terraces by the road and peace.
