I really enjoyed my stay at the hostel, it is quite new and everything cleaned daily - also the towels are a nice touch. You can see that Paco is finishing up things with the latest improvements, but he has the needs of the travelers in mind. There is a hot shower also, kitchen, AC, curtains for privacy. I appreciated that Cy was also eager to help with everything I needed, there are also family dinners, poker nights, etc, but honestly even though there is no event in an evening there are always people hanging out in the common area therefore it’s very easy to socialize and meet new travelers. Also, don’t hesitate to ask Cy if you need any recommendations for surfing, places to eat, shared van to the airport, anything - he will help you.

I just liked the design, the quietness, the view and the staff. I want to open a hostel as well, and this hostel lives up to price vs quality vs design vs staff. I'm rating this hostel higher because no other competition is available. It's close to the beach, there are good local restaurants and you can rent a scooter etc. This hostel could be one of the best in Siargao. I tried different hostel around cloud 9, not impressed.

Located in General Luna and with General Luna Beach reachable within a few steps, Rucksack Inn Siargao provides an outdoor swimming pool, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a... Swimming pool was awesome, rooms were nice, ac was cold. Felt a bit weird as they literally just opened but by the time we left it was amazing and cozy.

Hostel Bajala Siargao features a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in General Luna. The hostel was clean, comfortable and serene so I had a wonderful stay. I stayed 4D3N at Bajala and would definitely come back. They have strong wifi everywhere so I was able to work remotely. The property is also facing the beach which I really love.

The place is clean, quite (good for those working during the night) and very cozy and airy! Staff are also friendly! Management is very hospitable and amazing and easy to communicate! During the night, he also allows us to invite our friends over to chill at the pool and dining area! Superb!

The rooms fresh, clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean all the time. The environment is great, the food was really good as well, mostly the breakfast. The personal is super helpful and friendly always open to help anytime and with a beautiful smile all the time!

An amazing stay dedicated for solo travelers like myself. The hostel really prioritizes having solo travelers, thus you make friends really quickly. The staff was super friendly and helped you with anything you needed form recs to helping you order take out. I was there for Christmas, and they threw two dinners and parties. It's not much of a party hostel, but you'll make friends and will want to go out partying every night!
