Outstanding loft for 4: 2 bedrooms QSB or 2 individual beds on request, only at booking. Sunny, quiet ( double panel window ), spacious, 2021 renovated. Very good location downtown Annecy. One block to Station ( bus ; train ); 2 blocks to the Pâquier Plaza and lake. Historic city and groceries on site. Paid car spots available in side streets and nearest underground parking lots ( Station , Courier Mall, and Bonlieu Center ). Note: for safety reasons children and babies are not recommended.

Downtown Annecy, one block to Stations Close to the lake and Plazza. Walking distance to grocery, drugstore and bakeries ( less than 5 minutes walk ). Walking is the most efficient way to move downtown. Use of bicycles can be recommanded for longer distances but not necessery. Bike rentals downtown. Better to keep cars in carparks. Free buses in GrandAnnecy during summer: July and August.
