Woonkamer met gaskachel, lcd-tv (kabel),wifi, radio, blu-ray/dvd speler, spelletjes en boeken. Keuken met o.a. koelkast apart vriesvak, magnetron,senseo, koffiezetapparaat, enz. Slaapkamers 1 slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed (140x200) en kastenwand. Op deze slaapkamer is er ruimte voor een kinderbedje. 1 slaapkamer met een éénpersoonsbed en een stapelbed. Alle bedden zijn voorzien van éénpersoons dekbedden. Voor de kleinsten is op aanvraag een kinderbedje en/of kinderstoel aanwezig. Badkamer met douche,wastafel en toilet. Berging: wasmachine, één dames en één herenfiets, . Er is nog ruimte om uw eigen fietsen te plaatsen. Het terras met tuinmeubilair, parasol, is op het zuiden gericht. De ruime tuin is afsluitbaar. In het voor- en najaar kunt u bij zonnig weer al snel lekker buiten zitten. Er is voldoende ruimte om (in overleg) een tentje te plaatsen. Uw auto kunt u bij het chalet parkeren. U kunt gebruik maken van 2 toegangskaartjes, waarmee u éénmaal per dag, gratis het overdekte zwemparadijs of de indoor speeltuin van Klein Vaarwater kunt bezoeken. Huisdieren zijn op vakantiepark Klein Vaarwater NIET toegestaan!

Gelegen op de oostkant van het mooie eiland Ameland, ook wel "Ons mooiste stukje buitenland" genoemd. Ameland heeft statistisch gezien relatief veel zonuren.
