Located on the 16th Fairway @ Seascape, you will enjoy unobstructed Golf Course views. One mile to the Byrd Street beach access with ample public parking. You will enjoy 2 bedrooms(bedroom one features a queen bed, bedroom 2 offers a full bed with pull out twin trundle), 1 bath, a large living area, Stylish furnishings, and a well equipped kitchen. A large deck with Hot tub...A Grill, fire pit area.
I am originally from New Jersey and relocated to the Outer Banks 26 years ago. I could not imagine living anywhere else. I am a full time real estate broker. I have two adorable yellow labs Rex and Chuckles!
