Location, room but mainly the staff were exceptional

Terrace House is located in Leamington Spa, within 19 km of Royal Shakespeare Theatre and 19 km of Royal Shakespeare Company.

It was clean and comfortable and everything worked.

Set in a beautiful timber-framed house, in 15 acres of Warwickshire countryside, Nailcote Hall has an award-winning restaurant and leisure centre.

Room was large than expected and a pleasant surprise.
