Mandor Machu Picchu is located in Los Jardines de Mandor, 1 km from Mandor Waterfall. It has a terrace with hammocks and views of the river, mountains and gardens.

The Huayna Picchu mountain is less than 100 meters away. Mandor Machu Picchu is 2 km away of the entrance to the Historical Sanctuary.

The location was incredible! They are very informative and kind! Their land has been reforested, an absolutely iconic example, the food was wonderful, and the prices were fair for the location! They grow and roast their own coffee, it was delicious! On the hike to the waterfall many of the plant species were labled which was new and refreshing!

Situated in front of an with directly views of Machu Picchu, 2.4 km from Machu Picchu, Llactapata Lodge features a garden and free WiFi.

The lodge offers a continental or buffet breakfast. At Llactapata Lodge you will find a restaurant serving Grill Bbq and Latin American cuisine.

We booked Llactapata Lodge for the last night of the Salkantay trek. Heaved ourself up the mountain and arrived to surely one of the most stunning panaramas in the world: a beautiful display of sun and rainbows framing Machu Picchu in the distance. Same view from the bed and in the (hot and good!) shower of the cute little hut perched on the ridge. Food was good and copious! It's not a 'luxury' hotel but it was luxury for us after the trail. We arrived a bit earlier than the staff expected us (1.30ish) and they don't really provide lunch but they gave us mountains of popcorn! There are worse ways to spend the afternoon than with popcorn and beer watching epic skies over Machu Picchu. Really magical place.

Eco Quechua Lodge is an eco-friendly lodge offering private balconies with river and mountain views. Guests can take canopy, coffee, water falls, hot springs and hiking excursions.

Eco Quechua Lodge is built with types of native wood and features recycling and reforestation programmes. It is only a 1-hour drive from Machu Picchu. Guests can walk the Inca Trails or book a massage. The eco lodge is a 15-minute drive from the Santa Teresa district.

It is an oasis in Santa Teresa, on our way to Machu Pichu we stayed one night, although there are a lot of road works around it was a pleasent stay for this night. Staff was really helpful and kind, helped us with taxi to the great hot springs near by and to hydroelectrica the next day. Thanks!

With mountain views, Vertikal lodge is set in Santa Teresa and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, terrace and barbecue. The lodge features both WiFi and private parking free of charge.

At Vertikal lodge guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub.

The breakfast was great; it was served to our balcony overlooking the Andes; the rooms are all nicely designed with sweeping views; the food at their restaurant is very good; the manager Pablo was super helpful and friendly; also they have a zip line there which I tried for the first time and it was super safe and professional; all in all an amazing stay: I highly recommend Vertical lodge for all those seeking a space away from the Tourist traps.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sanctuary Lodge! The place is beautiful, the staff is super friendly and helpful, the food and drinks were delicious, and being steps away from Machu Picchu was magical. It was very expensive, but it was worth the splurge. It was absolutly luxurious, from being met at the train in Agua Caliente and seen off there a few days later. Shout out to Jorge, Eddie, Sebastian, and all the other staff at the Sanctuary Lodge. They were exceptional.

Very thoughtful, Even though it’s super easy to find (right off the main square) they contacted me prior to arrival and met us at the train station to show us the way to the lodge. Our room was huge and lovely, and we had our own private balcony, a refuge to read and sip coffee far above the tourist chaos of Aguas Caliente

A fabulous treetop lodge. Lots of stairs to reach the property but not a problem for us...and we were rewarded with fabulous view of the town and mountains. Our beds were outstanding and had amazing sheets. The shower was the best of our month long trip. Breakfast (5am) was perfectly cooked eggs and yogurt, cheese, bread etc. Excellent. This was a perfect place to stay in the town. They also arranged a guide for us for Machu Picchu and that was excellent, as well. I highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have an issue with stairs.

One of the most magical experiences I have had. The concierge John Pizzaro was a tremendous help, from the minute of my arrival until my departure. I strongly recommend all visitors to the Sanctuary Lodge at Machu Picchu to request John by name, for a a truly worry free and convenient visit.

We felt like we were in cozy nest above the town. We had a glitch with hot water an internet that were quickly fixed by a very helpful and friendly staff. They carried our bags to and from the station. Be prepared for the 100 steps climb to the small lodge with Thai inspired furnishings but it is well worth it. Charming.

The location next to the entrance of Machu Picchu is unbeatable. The rooms are not large but beautifully appointed. We had a lovely terrace looking over a central green space and there are walking paths with some private seating that are peaceful and quiet. The restaurant has very good food, great service and gracious dining. The entire team offers nothing but the highest level of customer service which made us feel very pampered and appreciated. This lodge is truly a place to unwind and find your own sanctuary.

Breakfast was exceptional . . Especially how we had a specially prepared breakfast package to take with us on our early morning trek up to the Machu Picchu citadel. . .the reception desk was always such a warm place to visit with the friendly smile and welcome a thing, always so genuinely on offer it seems . . .great courtesy and thoughtfulness was the order of the day and it reflected even so, across the mood and vibe of our fellow lodgers .

It is a wooden house. When you see other hotels, it is much cosier and authenticy. We had a bath so we vould have hot bath after whole day walking and kids liked that too. There is also great restaurant in the lodge, actually one of the best in Aguas..
