Very comfortable and friendly staff! Very good coffee / pastry shop, gelateria and restaurant close by, but still quiet at night.

No words to find to describe the team's professionalism and kindness! - The hotel location is simply great. 2 minutes of walk from Duomo. The location is very central and comfortable. You can even hear the sound of its magic bell ringing out of the hotel's window. - It also feels safe there which is important. Shopping streets, good restaurants, and museums are close by. - The breakfast at the hotel is very pleasant. Quite simple and basic, but has all the range of healthy choices (fresh fruit, eggs, fresh orange juice, artisanal cheese, etc.), and, again, the energy of the place is great, so you have all the chances to receive a charge of positive energy in the morning when starting your day. - They also offered me a welcome drink which was a nice gesture from their side, and a pleasant moment for me in the evening after a long walk through the charming streets of Firenze.
