The Altstadthotel Mosser is a charming and historic hotel right in the center of Villach, only a few steps away from the Congress Center, the train station and the bus station. I loved the romantic atmosphere of the hotel and the cozy single room. Everything was spotless clean and worked well. I had a very short stay, but I would really liked to stay longer. The personnel (Daniela) was very friendly, accommodated a last-minute change of date and waited for my late arrival, even if we had agreed on automatic key delivery. The location is very central and suited well my need for a short stopover near the train station

The way the hotel cares about its guests is the best I have seen ever! I had a non-refundable reservation, but could not travel at the day of my reservation.
