Lovely view of the mountains and very peaceful as it is on the edge of the town. Wished I took a stroll in the surrounding forest as the area is beautiful. About 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Soll (it is an uphill walk, so a bit more challenging if you have heavy luggage to carry or ski gear). The bus (Red line) stops right outside and runs to the ski gondola, so very convenient. It however does not run that often after the "ski rush hours" but luckily the hotel is still walking distance from the gondola. The hotel also has ski storage facilities. Fantastic sauna facilities with beautiful views - used it everyday during our stay and it was so relaxing. It was really a highlight of our stay. Good breakfast spread. We had dinner at the restaurant one evening and that was also very nice. Overall - lovely stay and good value for money.

The family-run Beim Hochfilzer Superior 4 Sterne is situated 1 km from the village of Söll, in the scenic Wilder Kaiser mountain range. Absolutely amazing chalet, amazing views, amazing pool, amazing staff, sending food. Had a really great time staying here in h one of the chalets. It was so good that it was hard to leave to go skiing! Will definitely be back.

Offering direct access to the ski slopes, Hotel-Garni Austria is located 200 metres from the centre of Westendorf, just 100 metres from the Wilder Kaiser Ski Area. Hotel Garni is a great place to stay, its a family run business and very enthusiastically so. Veronica and her son Max are the people you see every day and it would be hard to imagine more helpful enthusiastic people, Veronica's husband also collected us from the train station as a favour because we were stuck and it was cold! Nice man. Great ski locker, great boot locker and the location is absolutely central to everything, couple of hundred meters max gets you everything, ski lift, shop, restaurant and ski buses.

Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend getting the dinner. Great value with 4 courses that were excellent every night! The recommended wine pairings were excellent as well and we were able to try Austrian varietals.
