This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. We went there on August 2022. The ower was very nice. She explained everything about interlaken that we need to known including recomended local restuarants. They also provided the interlaken traveling bus/train card covering all the days that we stayed there but mostly i think traveller would have swiss pass already. The hotel not quite far from the main station and breakfast very nice. They have elevator in the hotel so no worry for large luggages. Althoug they did not have an airconditioner, it was okay with the fan in the night. The weather was not bad at night, it was about 25 degree or less in August.

It was my 10th day in Europe, and I slept very well compared to the other hotels i've stayed. Very, very friendly host, and just because of her (along with cozy and comfy room) i would like to come back to this place again when I get a chance to visit Switzerland.

The Beatus Wellness & SPA Hotel in Merligen - Interlaken is located right in a large park on the shore of Lake Thun. The location of the hotel right on Lake Thun was spectacular and the areas for dining or enjoying a pre-dinner drink overlooking the lake was a wonderful plus. The grounds are beautifully cared for with gorgeous flowers and palm trees. The food was extremely good, the spa facilities were top-rate and the gracious staff made our stay such a pleasure. A special thank you to the staff for our surprise at dinner on our 50th wedding anniversary!
