Not only was the location perfectly situated for my particular itinerary but the overall hospitality and customer service was wonderful. Although it was a busy time (Spring Festival season), everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The room and amenities were great and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offered a Chinese-style buffet breakfast which was great and the dinner options were also to my liking. I would certainly recommend this establishment and will definitely make it a priority booking for future visits to Suzhou.
