Bora Bora Beach Club & Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, terrace, a restaurant and bar in Isla Grande. Highly recommend spending the night vs just doing a day trip. There are only 6 rooms and we felt like we had the entire resort to ourselves after the day tirip guests left. The staff was amazing and took great care of us.

The location was stunning! The staff were topnotch. We loved the mission of Centro Ubunto and really felt welcomed and engaged with the community there. The EcoTours were great and the food was so fresh.

Beautiful boutique tiny hotel on a Caribbean island. Simple but very elegant design. Great care put into everything. Excellent staff. Snorkeling was great. Kayaks available. Boat trips to nearby islands. Private beautiful beach as well as the deck in the back where there is a beautiful mangrove lagoon where you can see the sunsets and swim with fluorescent plankton if the moonlight isn’t too strong. Excellent breakfasts as were other meals. Would really love to come back one day!

Featuring a restaurant and direct access to a private beach, Hotel Punta Faro offers rooms with free WiFi and air conditioning in Cartagena de Indias. After Cartagena it was such a good break, it is a very beautiful hotel, with good food, good stuff, good view, good everything. just keep in mind that, there is no music or entertainment in the hotel. it’s good for relaxing, reading book and listening bird sounds. you can see both sun set and sun rise from the hotel property. I was lucky because during my stay, there was a dark moon, so I joined plankton tour, which was something magical. I also did snorkeling and had a massage.

Hotel Playa Scondida is a rustic-style lodge on Baru Island, 1 hour from Cartagena by motorboat. Everything! As you arrive through a small wicker door , you are met by Sergio and his delightful wife Lucrecia . Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean , cotton sheets and a cosy blanket if needed and fluffy towels, and really lovely soap, shampoo in the bathroom. The beach and gardens were beautiful. I had an in house massage which was one of the best that I have ever had , and all the better for the fact that Jess set up in my room so super safe and relaxing .My husband and I had a wonderful stay , thanks to the whole team... xxx n
