The room was very serene and very comfortable. Breakfast was ample and delicious. The location is great. Quiet and tucked away, but only a few minutes from Carara National Park, and other local activities. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

If you love nature or you are just looking for total tranquility, Macaw lodge shall be part of your consideration. You need a vehicle with high ground clearance to get there (unpaved roads).
