The food is prepared by a chef and is presented like in a five star establishment and tastes absolutely great.

Located in Alajuela and surrounded by mountains and tropical gardens, Recreo Verde Hot Springs & Spa offers an outdoor swimming pool and hot springs. Free private parking is also available. A very special place. I love it and hope I will return one day. Everyone was exceptional and the location is pure heaven. The pools are awesome as well and of you wake up early you get the chance to have them all for yourself. The morning alarm are the howler monkeys.

Hotel Rosa De Sharon is located in the town of Venecia in Alajuela and offers free WiFi access available. Each functional and simple room here will provide you with a TV. The staff is very friendly and attentive, they even offered to take me to another hotel that they have a partnership with at no extra cost, they said the rooms were better at the other place but I didn't mind staying at this hotel since it was just for the night.

She wasn’t there at the time of checkin but gave me the room code. I was supposed to check out at 11 but she even said I could leave even later or whatever time. We left at 7 because we had other plans but just her offering was very sweet. Loved our stay. Definitely coming back

Offering a restaurant on-site, Bosque de Paz Reserva Biologica is located in Alajuela. The property boasts a large terrace offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. We loved how peaceful and secluded this place is. Mario treated us really well and showed us a lot of different animals and gave us great local tips. The food was also excellent and home made. Rooms are spacious and clean! You have several paths leading from the property to the forest.
