The owner is a nice person and very helpful. Dinners and breakfast are good too. At night you can see all the stars.

It’s in a great location, we had an amazing view of the whole city from our room which was very spacious with comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful with everything, they gave us all important information, we had our dirty laundry washed, breakfast was good, and we would definitely come and stay here again!

The staff especially the owner Toni were so helpful in arranging transfers and organising our stay. The room was very nice and the swimming pool was great. The evening we stayed there coincided with an amazing event celebrating Women of Cape Verde with a banquet, disco and excellent live musicians. Toni helped us plan our walking tour to Alcatraz and Faja which was excellent. The hotel's location is good if you are planning hikes in the area (which is cooler than most of the island) such as around Estancia Roque and along the coast. The paths are well marked. Finally Toni made sure we got back to Sao Filipe ok when the normal aluguers werent't running as it was a holiday. I wish them all the lu ck in the world in making the hotel a success.

But most of all the friendly staff will help you out with anything. we rented a car at the reception, they picked us up at the airport for free and helped us out with our next stay in CV. Will definitely cone back here if I have the opportunity!
