Staff went out of their way to help us with their parking setup, mailing a package, and managing our luggage during the day after we checked out. Food was top notch; among the best breakfasts we had on our three-week trip. Room was quiet and comfortable. Location really can't be beat, as it's steps away from shopping, dining, and historic buildings.

This 4-star-superior hotel in Baden-Baden offers spacious suites, rooms with free high-speed internet, underground parking and a business centre. The hotel is located next to the Caricalla Therme. The hotel offers the wrist bands at the front desk which allows you to bypass the entrance line. There were probably 50 people in line and we bypassed them all. The room was super comfortable, clean, great views, the bed was perfect. The staff was awesome, super helpful, you can tell they have pride in their work and represent the hotel with the utmost professionalism. If you stay in Baden-Baden, this is the hotel, it’s the only place I’ll ever stay because it offers so much.
