Then they printed out the bill of lading and ensured and called me when it was picked up. They were friendly, reassuring and helpful when I was stressed the hell out. Could not be more appreciative. But to be honest, they were lovely before I was needing help to. I really felt welcome at the hotel and the location was excellent. Would recommend, absolutely. Thank you Katalina team!

Great location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast! The hotel was super clean and centrally located, close the the beach and the old town. We walked everywhere. Our room was lovely with a terrace, the bathroom was very modern and the shower was amazing!

The staff was great at the hotel and the restaurant. I went to the local mass and stopped by early, left bikepacking bags in their storage, they brought them to the room when free. I cycled to Lekunberri and back to watch '23 Vuelta. Also had an excellent dinner at their restaurant. Tolosa is a beautiful place.

The location is great, in that it is very close to the beach and restaurants, but still manages to be in a quieter pocket of the city. The amenities are great. Would highly recommend.
