The quality of the room was very good, the hotel was also very clean and very conveniently located (although Canfranc is very small, so all hotels are very close to the train station; as well as all the nice hiking paths)!

Santa Cristina Spa lies at the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees, just 4 km from Candanchú and Astún ski resorts and 3 km from the Somport Tunnel. It has free WiFi in common areas. Clean, spacious room, the staff at the restaurant and cafe are excellent and very helpful. The restaurant and bar are good. Room service cleaning is great. Nice terrace.

Hotel Lo Foraton er 2 stjörnu hótel í Hecho, 46 km frá konunglega klaustrinu San Juan de la Peña. Boðið er upp á verönd, veitingastað og bar. The location was great with a wonderful hike nearby. The restaurant was a few doors away and was open for breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and we enjoyed a comfortable nights rest after a long hike.

Hotel Edelweiss is located 50 meters from the Candanchú chairlift, and only 2 km. from the Astun station, in the Aragonese Pyrenees. + Great location in a mountain resort, 5-10 minutes drive from the border. + Lots of walking and biking trails around. Cableway nearby (relevant for winter travel). + Great English-speaking staff and service, we felt welcome, thank you for this experience + The hotel looks great both in common areas and in the room + We got a room upgrade: with mountain view and balcony, wow + Excellent opportunities for sleep (comfortable bed, 2 types of pillows) and relaxation (bath!)
