You really feel that they sincerely care that you have a lovely stay, every small item is thought through, from free organic snacks both in the room and in the kitchen, full complimentary laundry facilities, etc. Items like coffee mugs and the snacks in the room are from local designers and producers and very high quality. I have stayed with Bow W both in Helsinki and Tallinn and both locations have artwork and design items from small local designers. This is one of the few hotels where you can tell that the owners of the hotel really like to travel as well because they know these small things that make the stay extra comfortable.

The room was comfortable, very clean, and huge, especially for a solo traveler (or at least compared to what I'm used to in Japan). I ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant on the first morning I arrived because it was before other shops in the area opened. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh. The staff were the best part by far, though. 10s across the board. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful but one staff in particular went above and beyond to help me (gave perfect directions, helped me download the transport app and tickets, googled things for me, etc.). Would definitely recommend to others or consider staying here again in the future.
